Shipping your products
Shipping is divided into 3 areas, within Auckland, rest of North Island and South Island. We use Parcel-Post Tracked through NZ Post.
We do not currently have the website set up to ship internationally, but please contact me and I will work something out for you.
Items will be posted a few times a week.
Mum Made stands by the integrity of the products we sell, and complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trade Act.
In the unlikely event there is a fault with the item you have purchased, please contact us at Mum Made within 7 days of receipt. All returns will be sent at the cost and risk of the buyer and contact should be made before any items are returned.
If an item is deemed to be faulty, either a replacement (from products that are currently in stock) or store credit of the sale price will be given. Due to the individuality and uniqueness of our products, we may not be able to replace an item with exactly the same item but we will work with you to find the best solution.
